Loodusmaja
January 2026 - In Estonia’s largest timber building under construction, the corridor walls made of CLT panels have been treated with untinted SPFR100. Rising in Tallinn’s seaside Noblessner district, the Loodusmaja (House of Nature) is a landmark project in both environmental awareness and timber architecture. Upon completion, it will become the largest public wooden building in Estonia.
SPFR100 was selected for its fully transparent finish, ecological properties, and excellent suitability for interior wood surfaces.



Lasnamäe Circular Economy Center
November 2025 - The interior wooden ceiling elements of the under-construction Lasnamäe Circular Economy Center have been treated with untinted SPFR100 fire retardant. This solution preserves the natural appearance of the wood and meets the strict safety and environmental requirements for public buildings. SPFR100 was chosen due to its transparent formulation and excellent suitability for interior use.

September 2025 - An apartment building on Tervishoiu Street in Tartu. The building’s exterior façade has been treated and tinted dark grey with SPFR100 according to the client’s specification.

Laitse Congregation Building
August 2025 - The Laitse congregation building. The exterior façade has been treated with SPFR100 in a lime-green shade chosen by the client, and the battens have been coated with a transparent fire-retardant. The project was completed in cooperation with Decowood.

2025 - CLT panels of the Raadi Kindergarten in Tartu were treated with untinted SPFR100, maintaining the natural wood look while ensuring effective fire resistance.
